Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (additional charges apply)

Shipping charges for expedited shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services to reach our international customers in the near future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@reddynaturals.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will address the issue promptly.
